1. Service Cancellation

One-Time Services: Cancellations requested before the delivery of the service will be fully refunded. Cancellations cannot be made after the service has been delivered.
Subscription Services: Subscription services can be canceled at any time. However, payments for the active subscription period will not be refunded. The cancellation will take effect in the next subscription cycle.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be provided under specific circumstances depending on the nature of the service. Refund requests will be considered if the service is incomplete or does not meet the promised quality standards.
Incomplete Service Refunds: If a service is incomplete or delivered with errors, and the issue is not resolved, a full or partial refund may be issued.
Quality Refunds: If the service does not meet the promised standards, your request will be reviewed, and a partial or full refund may be provided.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests will be evaluated by our customer support team within 14 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within an additional 14 business days. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may not be provided in the following situations:
Incorrect information provided by the user.
Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with services that have already been completed or delivered.
Issues caused by third-party integrations or external sources.
Services or software that have been discontinued for any reason.
